"Sweet Potato Suffle"
Ingredients:
3 Cups of Cooked Sweet Potatoes
1 1/2 Cups of Sugar
3/4 stick of butter
1 Cup of drained, crushed pineapple
2 eggs well beaten
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 Cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
