Marica Jordan-Sweet Potato Suffle


 
 
 
 
 Recipe for the Week - By My Sister-in-Law, Marcia Jordan

 
  "Sweet Potato Suffle"

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Ingredients:
 
 3 Cups of Cooked Sweet Potatoes
1 1/2 Cups of Sugar
3/4 stick of butter
1 Cup of drained, crushed pineapple
2 eggs well beaten
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 Cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

"Topping"
1 Cup of chopped pecans
1 Cup of brown sugar
1/3 Cup of Self Rising Flour
1/2 stick of butter melted
Prep:
Bake your souffle at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.  Grease your pan.
