Mr. Conway's Pie

A new recipe. Mr. Conway's Pie passed on by Connie Marcantel.  I found this recipe in the Horry County Democratic Party Cook Book (good gracious, they do know how to cook.)  Just joking!

This makes 3 pies.  Enjoy--so easy--great for church dinners or family get togethers!

    Ingredients:

3 graham cracker crust pie shells
2 packages of cream cheese, softened
     1 cup sugar
1 big tub of Cool Whip
     pecans
     coconut
     Eagle Brand Condensed Milk

  Prep:

Toast pecans and coconut in oven. Mix softened cream cheese and Cool Whip together along with one cup of sugar. Equally divide into graham pie shells.  Layer the mixture, pecans, coconut until condensed milk is on top. Then top with some pecans and coconut.  Drizzle condensed milk on top and refrigerate.
